Abhay Singh, popularly known as ‘IITian Baba’ at the Maha Kumbh and claiming to be an aerospace engineer from IIT-Bombay, recently shared his predictions regarding PM Narendra Modi and UP (CM) Yogi Adityanath.

Predicted that Yogi Adityanath will become the Prime Minister in the future, while Narendra Modi is likely to assume the role of President. His comments come as Delhi is slated to go for polls in a single phase next month on February 5, with the counting of votes to take place three days later.

Abhay Singh, who also goes by Masani Gorakh, arrived at the Maha Kumbh being held in Prayagraj currently. A former aerospace engineering student from IIT-Bombay, he gave up a flourishing career in science to walk the spiritual path.

Hailing from Haryana, he earned his engineering degree after four years at IIT-Bombay. Following this, he pursued a master’s in design, developed a passion for photography, and shared his knowledge by teaching physics to students.

The IIT Baba told News18 that he delved into philosophical concepts like post-modernism and the works of Socrates and Plato in an attempt to find meaning in life.

“I now understand that this is real knowledge. If you have to understand the mind or mental health, then you can do it (through spirituality),” he told News18. On being asked how he reached the current stage, Singh said, “This stage is the best stage.”
